The new Shelby GT500 is a monster waiting to be unleashed. Shelby built this supercharged 5.4L motor to be reliable and strong and in the process, made it so it's capable of easily sustaing high horsepower applications.
Simple bolt-ons and tuning can easily net an extra 100 rear wheel horsepower. More extensive modifications can net substantial performance improvements pushing the car close to the 1000 rwhp mark.
